By accessing the LioByte website and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of LioByte.

2. Service Availability

LioByte provides Digital Intelligence, AI/ML, and Strategic Consulting services. While we strive for 100% uptime of our autonomous systems, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services as part of system maintenance or upgrades.

3. Intellectual Property

LioByte retains all rights to its proprietary AI architectures and methodologies. Clients retain ownership of the custom results and data generated through their specific instance of our services, as detailed in individual service Level Agreements (SLAs).

4. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models, bypassing security protocols, or using our services for any illegal or unethical purposes as defined by international AI governance standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

LioByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our AI-driven systems, provided we operate within the scope of our professional negligence insurance and SLAs.
